Rows of glowing server racks inside a large supercomputing data center
Project announcement

Building a state-of-the-art supercompute data center

Ledgerstone is building a state-of-the-art data center to power large-scale supercomputing and AI workloads. The build depends on a steady supply of cutting-edge computer chips — Dojo-class AI accelerators among them — together with servers, memory, storage, cooling and power infrastructure.

Compute is the new infrastructure

Training and running frontier-scale AI models takes a facility of a different order: tens of thousands of accelerators, megawatts of clean power, and liquid cooling engineered for sustained peak load. Ledgerstone is financing and building exactly that — a dedicated supercompute center engineered around the latest generation of AI processor technology.

The procurement pipeline is open. Hardware manufacturers, distributors and infrastructure suppliers who can deliver at volume are invited to make their capabilities known.

What the facility is for

  • Large-scale AI model training and inference
  • High-performance computing for structured finance and risk modelling
  • Verification and attestation workloads for tokenized assets
  • Secure, ring-fenced compute for institutional clients

Key supplies needed

The build depends on securing critical components at scale. Cutting-edge AI chips such as the Dojo-class processors lead the list.

AI accelerator chips

Cutting-edge processors such as Dojo-class AI chips and other high-performance accelerators are the heart of the build — among the most urgently needed supplies.

Server hardware

Rack servers, chassis, motherboards and blade systems sized for dense multi-rack deployment.

Memory

High-bandwidth memory modules and VRAM to feed training and inference workloads.

Storage

NVMe and high-throughput SSD arrays for datasets, checkpoints and hot storage tiers.

Networking

High-speed switches, optical transceivers and low-latency interconnects for cluster scale-out.

Cooling

Liquid and direct-to-chip cooling, heat exchangers and climate control for sustained peak load.

Power

Substations, UPS systems, generators and redundant power distribution for megawatt-class capacity.

Infrastructure & services

Cabling, racking, instrumentation, security and specialist engineering support for commissioning.
