Install Ledgerstone on any device

Ledgerstone is a web app you can install like a native app — no App Store or Google Play required. Choose your device below and follow the steps.

iPhone & iPad

Safari on iOS / iPadOS

  1. Open https://ledgerstone.tech in Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top-right corner.
  5. Open the Ledgerstone icon from your home screen like any other app.

Android

Chrome on Android

  1. Open https://ledgerstone.tech in Chrome on your Android phone or tablet.
  2. Wait for the Add to Home screen banner at the bottom, or tap the menu (⋮).
  3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
  4. Confirm by tapping Install or Add.
  5. Open the Ledgerstone icon from your app drawer or home screen.

Desktop

Chrome, Edge, or Brave

  1. Open https://ledgerstone.tech in Chrome, Edge, or Brave on your computer.
  2. Look for the install icon in the address bar (a small monitor or phone icon).
  3. Click Install Ledgerstone.
  4. Confirm the install location if prompted.
  5. Launch Ledgerstone from your desktop, Start menu, or dock.

Troubleshooting

If the install option does not appear, try the steps below for your device.

iPhone & iPad

I don't see 'Add to Home Screen' in Safari.
Make sure you are using Safari, not Chrome or Firefox. The option is also not available in Private Browsing mode. Scroll down inside the Share sheet if it is hidden below the fold.
The Share button is missing the Add to Home Screen icon.
Scroll to the bottom of the Share sheet and tap 'Edit Actions' to ensure 'Add to Home Screen' is enabled. If Ledgerstone is already installed, iOS hides the option.
The installed app opens Safari instead of standalone.
Some iOS versions require a device restart after adding to the home screen. Also check that you tapped 'Add' on the confirmation sheet, not just 'Cancel'.

Android

Chrome never shows the Install app banner.
The banner appears after you interact with the site for a few seconds. If it still does not show, tap the Chrome menu (⋮) and look for 'Add to Home screen' or 'Install app'.
I only see 'Add to Home screen', not 'Install app'.
Some Android manufacturers use a shortcut instead of a full install. The shortcut still opens Ledgerstone full-screen. For a true install, ensure Chrome is your default browser and try again.
The install option is grayed out or does nothing.
Clear Chrome's cache for ledgerstone.tech, reload the page, and wait a few seconds. If Ledgerstone is already installed, Android disables the option.

Desktop

There is no install icon in the address bar.
Install is supported in Chrome, Edge, and Brave. Firefox and Safari do not support PWA install on desktop. Try the browser menu (⋮) → 'Install Ledgerstone' or 'Apps'.
The menu says 'Create shortcut' instead of 'Install'.
A shortcut opens in a normal browser tab. For a standalone window, use Chrome/Edge/Brave and look for 'Install' specifically. If you already installed it, the option changes to 'Uninstall'.
The installed window still shows browser toolbars.
Close the shortcut and launch from the desktop icon, Start menu, or dock. If it still opens in a tab, uninstall it and reinstall from Chrome/Edge/Brave.

General

The page says the app is not available for installation.
Installation requires a modern browser and a secure HTTPS connection. ledgerstone.tech uses HTTPS, so if you see a certificate warning, check your network or VPN.
I installed it but it does not work offline.
Offline mode activates after the first full visit completes. Make sure you load at least one page while online, then close and reopen the app. Some private browsing modes block offline storage.
How do I remove or reinstall the app?
On mobile, long-press the home screen icon and choose Remove or Uninstall. On desktop, right-click the icon and choose Uninstall, or use your browser's app management page.
